Stats

These figures only incorporate matches played in the Scottish League, Scottish Cup, and Scottish League Cup.

I have not included friendlies, or Forfarshire Cup, B & Q., and Challenge Cup matches, as some clubs do not always field their strongest sides in these matches.

The following tables are the result of my own research, and I believe them to be correct.

Any errors are mine and I apologise for them in advance.

They are not intended to reflect favourably or otherwise about any club but are purely for the nostalgic enthusiast to read.

RESULTS UP  TO END OF PREVIOUS  SEASON

Key to Tables.

D1= Scottish League Division1        SC1= Scottish Cup Round 1

LC1= League Cup Round         LCS1= League Cup Section 1

Scottish  Cup & League Cup matches may also have rep = replay, or p =  play off

Up to the introduction of the SPL in season 1975-76, the leagues consisted of the 1st, and 2nd division, and that is the names they will continue to be called.

The  League Cup earlier rounds from season 1946-47 to 1976-77, and for the  seasons 1981-82 to 1983-84 used sections of four or more teams playing each other in mini leagues to determine qualification to the later rounds.

Click on the teams below for the records, or to view other areas.
